- 3 garlic cloves
- 10 chillies
- 1 anchovies cube
- beef stripes
- 2 cups rice
- green beans cut 1 inch
- 1 egg
Methods:
1. Blend onion, garlic and chillies.
2. In a wok, heat some oil, fry the blended ngredients.
3. Add in beef, fry until it's cooked.
4. Add anchovies cube.
5. Crack egg in the middle.
6. Stir, add in green beans.
7. Add in rice. Mix well.
So yummy..this is the best nasi goreng recipe for me so far. Going to cook it again soon!!
