Ingredients: 
- 1 medium eggplant, halves cut into 2 inch long
- 1 small onion*
- 4 red chillies*
- 3 garlic cloves *
- some dried shrimp*
- 2 kaffir lime leaves 
- juice of one lime
- cooking oil 

Methods: 
- Blend all the * ingredients
- deep fried eggplant until golden, set aside
- heat some oil, fry the blended ingredients until fragrant.
- add kaffir lime leaves and the fried eggplant
- taste with salt, msg and sugar
- cook until the eggplant coated with the sauce

@syazwan abu bakar rasa die macam sambal tapi tak pedas sebab guna cili besar. Sedap sebab ada bau daun limau purut.
